A new 2,300m² office park with a high level of detailing and premium quality finishes. The design addresses a number of challenges, including the provision of adequate parking (without compromising usable floor area) by exploiting the unusual gradient of the site with a discreet basement parking level serving two separate office buildings. This building was nominated as a finalist in the New Building in the Industrial and Commercial Sector category in the 2009 SAPOA Awards for Excellence in Property Development.
